In 2003, PAFACOM, Inc. signed a contract with the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation which allows us to work as a vendor in order to provide employment services to persons with disabilities. Our program consists of several Employment Specialists who provide intake, assessment, employment readiness training, pre-placement services, placements, on-the-job training and follow-along services. Our Employment Specialists are trained and have received the mandated NJ/partnership in-service hours.

Individuals who participate in this program are referred to PAFACOM, Inc. by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and our staff takes a great amount of pride in the accomplishments of the individuals who enjoy successful competitive employment placements.
