Day Programming & Residential Referrals
As PAFACOM’s day programming and residential services are subsidized by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, all referrals must come through them. Currently, we do not provide day programming, residential services to persons not under the care of The Division of Developmental Disabilities. If you or your family member is already receiving these services and you would like to be referred to PAFACOM, Inc. for placement, please contact your DDD Case Manager.
If you or your family member is not currently receiving services from The Division of Developmental Disabilities, you should contact them for an eligibility assessment or intake appointment.
Supported Employment
All referrals to PAFACOM’s Supported Employment Program must come through the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. If you or your family member is already receiving these services and you would like to be referred to our program for employment services, please contact your DVR Case Manager.
If you or your family member is not currently receiving services from The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, you should contact them for an eligibility assessment or intake appointment; or, contact your DDD Case Manager for a referral.
